FillinPro.com provides an online platform that facilitates contact between employers and job seekers for short term work opportunities. Employers voluntarily post job listings, and job seekers voluntarily submit personal and professional information when they respond to listings, which will be viewed by employers for the purpose of selecting a prospective job candidate. It is up to the discretion of the employer to contact or hire the job seeker.

As an Employer, I understand the following:
Fill in Pro (FIP) is a service that connects me with job seekers that I may hire if I choose. I am responsible for hiring the job seeker, and I have no obligation to hire a job seeker that I find on FillinPro.com. I am responsible for entering the job information to be posted publicly on this website, and I will not hold responsible FIP for any consequences thereby from information that I submit in my job postings. I understand I will compensate the job seeker directly for the professional services they render, not through FillinPro.com. Payment amount, method, or schedule, for these services are not negotiated by FIP, but shall be negotiated between myself (employer) and the job seeker which I choose to hire; however, I intend to honor the payment information I submit on my job post as a minimum amount in the case of a payment dispute. I understand the job seekers that apply to my jobs are neither employees nor independent contractors of FIP, and I agree that I will hold harmless FIP against any liability and expense, including attorney’s fees, arising from claims of the job seeker’s violation of any applicable statutes, regulations, or of any harm to my property, staff, or patients/customers by the job seeker at our workplace, or while the job seeker is in my employ. This website, and any of its owners/operators, affiliates and third-party service providers, are not responsible or accountable for the actions of, or accuracy of, information submitted by job seekers on this website; or for the conduct or professionalism of users who hold accounts on this site. I understand it is my responsibility to verify all information on a job seeker’s profile. I agree that the information I include in my job postings will be true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Subscription Membership:
I understand that as an employer, I understand I may choose to sign up for the free discovery plan which will allow me to post one job. If I choose to upgrade to a paid subscription, I agree to pay a subscription fee to be able to create unlimited job listings and to use services provided by this website as described in the “Pro” subscription plan. I understand that at the end of the subscription term, my subscription will automatically renew for the same plan and term unless I voluntarily turn off the “auto-renew” switch, in which case my subscription will not automatically renew; instead, my plan will automatically change to the free discovery plan. I understand I am able to cancel my subscription at any time and if I do, I will not receive any refund; I understand that by canceling my subscription, the subscription will not auto-renew at the end of the term, and I will continue to have access to my account until the end of the term of the current subscription. I understand that if I choose a monthly subscription, the payment method I provide will be charged the monthly rate each month until I cancel or upgrade my subscription. I understand that if I choose a yearly subscription, the payment method I provide will be charged the yearly rate each year until I cancel.

Services Provided:
As a subscribed employer, I understand I will have access to my employer profile, be able to post listings, view and send messages to applicants, and view job seeker profile

Fill In Jobs:
Once a job seeker books my listing, it is agreed that I will hire the job seeker for the job date they booked. If I do not want to hire the job seeker for the job they booked, I need to communicate with the job seeker and cancel the booking, in which case the fill in job date will be available for another job seeker to book. I will be able to communicate with the job seeker and I can decide to share my contact information with them if I choose. I will be able to communicate with them through the FIP messaging system or any other method of my choosing. I understand I may delete a job post at any time, and that in no circumstances will there be any refunds, even if the job seeker does not perform as agreed for any reason. The job seeker will have the opportunity to leave a review about their experience working for me as their employer, which will be visible to other job seekers on my job posts.

Full Time / Part Time Jobs:
I understand that once a job seeker applies to my job, I will be able to communicate with the job seeker and I can decide to share my contact information with them if I choose. I will be able to communicate with them through the FIP messaging system or by another method of my choosing. I understand I may delete a job listing at any time, and that in no circumstances will there be any refunds, even if I choose not to hire the job seeker for any reason, or if the job seeker does not perform their agreed job duties. The job seeker will have the opportunity to leave a review about their experience working for me as their employer, which will be visible to other job seekers on my job posts.

List of Job Seekers:
I understand that I will have access to the list of job seekers on FIP and that I may invite any job seekers to apply to my job listing.

My Workplace and Employees:
I agree to the following: my employees and I shall abide by all applicable federal and state regulations relating to health and safety. I understand I will be responsible for all related taxes and/or forms in requirements of the IRS as a result of this payment. I agree that I will be responsible for all related taxes and/or forms in requirements of the IRS as a result of service fees paid to FIP.
I hereby agree to release the service provider’s (owners/operators, its affiliates, and third-party service providers), and each of their respective officers, employees and agents from any claims, demands or damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with use of this site. This website, and any of its owners/operators, affiliates and third-party service providers, are not responsible or accountable for the conduct or professionalism, or accuracy of information submitted by job seekers or employers who hold accounts on this site.

FIP does not take responsibility for, nor make promises or guarantees about, the professional credentials, abilities, license number or status or other personal or professional details on this website provided by employers or job seekers. FIP does not take responsibility for any legal or personal foul play, misconduct, malpractice, negligence, or any other professional practice violation or lawsuit that results from the employment of a job seeker through FillinPro.com. It is the duty and responsibility of the employer to: verify the accuracy of any and all information submitted by the job seeker on FillinPro.com, including professional credentials and education; negotiate employment details such as compensation, schedule, and other relevant job details; decide which job seeker to employ.

As a job seeker, I understand the following:
Fillinpro.com is a service that connects me with employers that may hire me if they choose, and that Fill in Pro is not an employer of job seekers. I am responsible for choosing which jobs to apply for, and I have no obligation to work at a job that I apply to or book through FillinPro.com. I understand that it is up to the discretion of the employer to hire me for the job, and it is possible that I may not be hired. I acknowledge that I am a job seeker, or I am the agent of a job seeker (assistant, receptionist, etc). I agree that if I am hired, I will perform the work as expected and agreed thereto according to the job description and that I will abide by all applicable federal and state regulations relating to health and safety. I understand that I am neither an employee nor an independent contractor of FillinPro.com and that this is NOT an employment contract and under NO circumstances may it be construed as such.
I agree that the information I submit on my profile on FillinPro.com is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge, and I give permission to the administrators of FillinPro.com to view this information at their discretion. I understand that my profile will be delivered to the employer each time I apply to or book a listing. I give the employer permission to view my information and contact me regarding the listings I apply for.

Applying to Jobs:
When I apply to a listing I understand the employer will receive my message and if they respond, I may communicate with the employer through the FIP messaging system or I may share my contact information and communicate with them by any method I choose. I understand FIP cannot guarantee the contact information from the employer’s profile is accurate, as it is up to the employer to enter their contact information correctly. I understand I can cancel my application/booking at any time. I acknowledge and understand that I will be compensated directly by the employer (not by FIP) for rendering professional work services, should they choose to hire me.
The employer will have the opportunity to leave a review of my performance after I work for them, and I understand this review will be visible to other employers on my profile and / or when I book or apply to jobs on FillinPro.com thereafter.

List of Job Seekers:
I understand that my profile will display publicly on the list of job seekers. I understand that the purpose of the list is to establish contact between myself and employers and does not guarantee I will be hired. I agree to keep my profile and contact information updated and accurate.
I understand that in NO circumstance will FIP intervene to resolve a pay dispute, or a dispute of any other type, between myself and the employer. Payment as compensation for my professional services shall not be paid through FillinPro.com, and the payment amount, method, and time, for these services shall not be negotiated by FIP, but shall be negotiated between myself and the employer that hires me. I am responsible for all related taxes and/or forms required by the IRS as a result of this payment.
I agree that I will hold harmless FIP against any liability and expense, including attorney’s fees, arising from claims caused by me or my employer’s or his/her employees. I understand that I will not be liable to the employer’s office(s) or it’s employees for any claim, cost or fees arising from the services provided by this agreement, unless any such claims, costs or fees are judged by the appropriate court to be due to willful misconduct or gross negligence on my part. I shall provide proof of insurance/certificate of liability to the employer or his/her employees upon request. I agree that I shall, at all times, abide by the safety rules, regulations and working conditions of the employer and maintain the highest standard of professionalism. I hereby agree to release the service provider’s (owners/operators, its affiliates, and third-party service providers, and each of their respective officers, employees and agents) from any claims, demands or damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with use of this site.
